Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume.
We ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please note: tracking may take 1–2 business days to update.

- Free Shipping: Orders over $55 USD (after discounts)

- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand
- Delivery Time: 10–18 business days

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or theft during transit.
If your package is lost or not delivered, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
Failed Delivery
- Re-Delivery Attempts: We can sometimes coordinate with the courier depending on their policies.
- Additional Fees: If delivery failed due to incorrect info or no one being available, re-delivery fees may apply (set by the courier).
- Customer Responsibility: Please make sure your address is accurate and someone is available to receive your order.
