We do accept exchanges, but we kindly ask that customers cover the shipping costs involved. We're a small brand — every order takes time, labor, and cost, but we'll always do our part to make sure you get the right item.
Before you reach out, make sure:
✓ The item is unworn and unwashed
✓ All original tags are still attached
✓ It has been 7 days or less since you received your order
How to exchange:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start your exchange.
Ship the item back yourself. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Pay the $8 shipping fee to receive your replacement item. Send payment via Zelle or PayPal to hello@shopnertia.com.
We ship your replacement once the item is received and payment is confirmed.

Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns.
We're a small, independent brand just trying to grow something real. Every order means a lot to us, and unlike big companies with endless resources, we run a tight operation to keep things moving and prices fair. Right now, we simply can't afford to take on returns — it would set us back more than most people realize.
We know that might be frustrating, and trust us, we'd love to offer returns down the line when we have more support and structure in place. For now, we just ask for a little understanding as we build this from the ground up.
