3. Product Availability & Pricing

We do our best to keep all information accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability without notice. If we need to cancel an order due to inventory or pricing issues, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party providers. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase, as changes may not be possible once an order is placed.

5. Shipping

We ship both within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once your order is shipped, delays caused by the postal service are out of our control. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order leaves our facility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns: We currently do not accept returns. We’re a small brand doing our best to grow and maintain fair pricing.
Exchanges: We do offer exchanges for size or color, but customers are responsible for shipping fees. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and images are the property of NERTIA. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission.

8. Affiliate, Ambassador & Influencer Terms

If you’re part of a collaboration or affiliate program with NERTIA, any promotional content you create may be reshared by us unless otherwise agreed. Payments, performance terms, and agreements will be handled separately through email or our partnership platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

NERTIA is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. All items are provided “as is” without any guarantees, unless stated otherwise.
