Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Customers cover shipping costs.
If it’s our mistake, we cover shipping.
Wrong item or defective? Email us and we’ll make it right.
- 1. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- 2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start your exchange.
- 3. Ship the item back using your own method.
- 4. Send $8 for shipping via Zelle (hello@shopnertia.com), PayPal, or Venmo, then email us to confirm you’ve sent payment.
- 5. After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll ship your replacement.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns.
We’re a small, independent brand just trying to grow something real. Every order means a lot to us, and unlike big companies with endless resources, we run a tight operation to keep things moving and prices fair. Right now, we simply can’t afford to take on returns — it would set us back more than most people realize.
We know that might be frustrating, and trust us, we’d love to offer returns down the line when we have more support and structure in place. For now, we just ask for a little understanding as we build this from the ground up.
